too late Lent Course: Do join our 2018 ecumenical Lent Course, which is
‘homemade’, Bible-based on some individuals & groups who make up the
Passion and Calvary Story. Led by the originator Michael Clark, Rev Carol Ball,
Peter Blackman & Sylvia Lanz, the sessions are in HT’s meeting room on
Thursday evenings at 8pm and Friday lunchtimes (including soups & rolls) at
12.30pm. Small donations welcome towards out of pocket costs. We read parts of
the story drawn from the Gospels as a dramatised dialogue and then look at
questions arising. The stories are: The Religious leaders and Mary; Peter;
Judas; The Jewish authorities; The Roman authorities; The Onlookers at Calvary.
Everyone is welcome to come and meet these people and make this a valuable part
of our Lenten journey."
